Terry Rietveld

Terry Rietveld

Manager/Partner/Licensed Insurance Agent

Terry Rietveld was born in Armour, SD,and later moved with his family to Mitchell, SD. He graduated from Mitchell High School in 1985. Terry received his bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Augustana College and his bachelor of Science Degree in Mortuary Science from the University of Minnesota. After his completion of Mortuary School Terry worked as a licensed funeral director in St. Paul,MN for two years, and then in Sioux Falls for ten years. Terry became the managing partner of the Will Funeral Chapel in April of 2002.


Terry and his wife Fran have two children, Berkley and Logan.


Terry is a member of First Lutheran Church in Mitchell, and serves on the Mitchell Cemetery/Golf Course Board.


He is currently serving as the Past President of the South Dakota Funeral Directors Association. He served as president for the years of 2019 to 2021.

Kyle Pospisil

Kyle Pospisil

Funeral Director

Kyle was born and raised in Creighton, Nebraska. He graduated from Creighton High School and later attended Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska. He then earned his funeral service degree from Des Moines Area Community College in Ankeny, Iowa.


Kyle worked for the Brockhaus Funeral Homes of Northeast Nebraska for several years before a transition to Anderson Funeral Homes in Marshalltown, Iowa, where he served for two years. He became a licensed Funeral Director in South Dakota in 2017, and had the privilege of serving families with the George Boom Funeral Homes in the Sioux Falls and Brandon areas.  Kyle is a licensed Funeral Director in South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and North Dakota. He is also licensed to provide Pre-Need Insurance Products with Homesteaders Life.  Kyle is honored to be a part owner of the Will Funeral Chapel.


He and his wife, Ellie (Tielke) Pospisil moved to Mitchell from Brandon, South Dakota, with their sons, Graham and Myles and daughter, Carson. He enjoys golfing, and bowling in his free time. They are looking forward to raising their family in Mitchell and getting to know the surrounding areas.
