William "Bill" Gebhart, age 63, of Sioux Falls (formerly of Mitchell, SD) died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at the DoughteryHospice House in Sioux Falls, SD. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the Will Funeral Chapel with burial at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Saturday at the Will Funeral Chapel. Bill Gebhart, son of Ralph and Phyllis (Kewley) Gebhart, was born on January 15, 1952 in Miles City, MT. He grew up with his family in Miles City. At the age of 10, Bill moved to the Boulder River School and Hospital in Boulder, MT. On July 28, 1988 he enrolled with Life Quest in Mitchell, SD and in July of 2014 at Dakotabilities in Sioux Falls, SD. Bill enjoyed music, movies, attending concerts, games, animals (especially dogs), and swinging outdoors. He loved just being around people. Grateful for having shared his life are his sister, Kathryn (Myron) Buchholz, Sioux Falls, SD; two brothers, Gerald Gebhart, Mitchell, SD, John Gebhart, Aberdeen, SD; two nieces, Heather and her fiance (Ryan West) Richardson, Sioux Falls, SD, Tiffany (Kyle) Vanhove, Brandon, SD; two great nieces, Alysha and Paige; one great nephew, Dante. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Elizabeth Vittitoe. In lieu of flowers memorial are preferred.
