Tim Heisinger, age 65, of Dimock, SD died Monday, April 10, 2017 at Avera St. Benedict Hospital in Parkston, SD. Memorials services will be 10:30 AM Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Dimock, SD.  Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Sts Peter and Paul Parish Hall. Burial will be at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Will Funeral Chapel.

Timothy Robert Heisinger was born October 19, 1951 in Parkston, SD to Robert and Betty (Bowar) Heisinger. He attended Catholic School in Dimock and graduated from Parkston High School in 1969. After graduation he worked for J&B Construction as a carpenter. Tim married Judy Klunder on August 22, 1970 at Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Dimock and made their home in Dimock. Tim owned and operated with Jim Sudbeck S&H Construction for a time and then drove truck for Jensen Trucking for 11 years. Tim later worked for Ethan Co-op Lumber for 14 years until his retirement in 2010.

Tim enjoyed doing yard work, gardening, playing softball and baseball and best of all his grandchildren. Every Saturday morning he would pick up donuts and chocolate milk and visit each of his grandchildren and never missed a Saturday.

Grateful for sharing his life are his wife Judy of Dimock; son Rob (Carrie) Heisinger of Parkston and daughter Kris (Jeremy) Borgan of Dimock; four grandchildren, Morgan and Chase Heisinger and Hudson and Owen Borgan; brothers Terry (Gloria) Heisinger of Mitchell and Tom (Dixie) Heisinger of Parkston; sisters Peg Johnson of Mitchell, Pam (Dan) Mechtenberg of Lincoln, NE, Jan (Joe) Garry of Watertown, SD, Connie (Dan) Boehmer of Dimock and Cindy (Joel) Mayer of Parkston; many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and infant son Patrick.
