Tammera Bultje, 62, of Plankinton passed away Friday June 18, 2021 at Avera Brady Health and Rehab.  Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Mitchell.  Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday, June 21, 2021 at Will Funeral Chapel.  Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.

Tammera was born May 14, 1959 in Mitchell, SD to Robert and Margaret (Nelson) Phillips.  Tammera attended Mitchell school.  She married Douglas Bultje on October 7, 1977 and to this union three children were born.

Tammera worked as a dietitian and cook for Queen of Peace Hospital as well as having her own in-home day care.  Tammera truly enjoyed taking care of children.  She also enjoyed cooking and gardening.  Tammera liked to play cards, listen to music and even fish. According to her children Tammera possessed the "gift of gab".  She was a true dog lover and was known to sing a song or two to her beloved dogs.  Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren.

Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, her children, Jerimy (Jeanie) Bultje, Gina Bultje, James (Marsha) Bultje, grandchildren, Morgan Bultje, Elias Bultje, Moses Bultje, Eden Bultje, three brothers, Robert Phillips Jr, Wayne (Jan) Phillips, Michael (Janelle) Phillips, two sisters, Grayce (Roy) Teves, Dawn (Vern) Schrader.

Tammera was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Pat Phillips and two sisters, Lynn Zoss and Sandy Ates.
