Roxanne Paulsen-Stewart, age 68, of Mitchell SD, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Avera McKenna hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Will Funeral Chapel.

Roxanne lived in and worked in seven states in her lifetime; Oregon, Wyoming, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, and South Dakota. She has been co-owner of a men's clothing store, realtor, golf marketing membership salesperson, substitute teacher, and group home counselor.  She retired in 2013.

Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Doug, Mitchell, SD; son, Kent Paulsen, Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Tiffany Paulsen, Charleston, SC; grandson, Alexander Paulsen, Las Vegas, NV; brothers, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Rolland, Grand Junction, CO, Mr. and Mrs. Greg Rolland, Rapid City, SD, Mike Rolland, Walker Lake, NV; sisters Jeannie Kelly, Sioux Falls, SD; Judy Rolland; first husband, Kevin Paulsen, Las Vegas, NV; Doug's children; Brent (Erica) Stewart, Sioux Falls, SD; Brandon (Karen Donnelly) Stewart, Portland, ME; Kim (Jesse) Johnson, Burke, SD; grandchildren; Jack and Isaac Stewart, Sioux Falls, SD; Brianna Johnson, Mitchell, SD; Elle, Trystan. Kirsten, and Makenny Johnson, Burke, SD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Tom Rolland; mother, Lorriane Naescher; her paternal and maternal grandparents; step father, Cyril Nauscher; brothers, Jerry Rolland, Doug Rolland, Walker Rolland and a sister, Marilyn Keyler.
