Robert Bob Robertson, age 68, of Mitchell, SD died May 4, 2007 at Avera McKennan Hospital. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday at Will Funeral Chapel with burial at Calvary Cemetery. The visitation will begin at 9:00 AM Tuesday. Bob was born July 24, 1938 in Lincoln, Nebraska to mother, Rosa Runge Robertson and father, Edmund Joseph Robertson. The family moved to Mitchell in 1941. Robert, due to severe mental and physical challenges, transferred in 1943 to the State Hospital in Redfield, SD. In May of 1987, Bob made his home with Life Quest at the North Kimball location in Mitchell until his death. Bob enjoyed music, fishing, small animals, going to the movies and car rides. He is survived by his brother, William Robertson and his wife, Betsy of Fairbanks, Alaska He was preceded in death by both parents
