Phylen Lee Jellis, age six weeks, died May 12, 2007 at Sanford Health in Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, May 18 at the Will funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Phylen Lee was born April 1, 2007, at Sanford Health. He is survived by his parents, Racquel Carr Jellis, of Sioux Falls, and Tony Jellis of Mitchell; a step-sister, Kennedy Jellis and step-brother, Ross Jellis, both of Brandon; his maternal grandparents, Phyllis Ladd, Sioux Falls, Larry Carr, Sioux Falls; his paternal grandparents; an aunt, Vanessa Carr, Sioux Falls and an uncle, Heath Range, Sioux Falls.
