Paul Stickel, 63, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Firesteel Health Care.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell, SD.

Paul was born and raised in Mitchell, SD. He attended Whittier School, Mitchell Junior and Senior High. He graduated in 1980.

Paul worked at DWU and later at Mitchell Christian School as a janitor.

He enjoyed playing cards, listening to music and watching movies.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Thelma Stickel and a sister, Martha Erickson.

He is survived by a sister, Ruth (Dan) Shank, three nephews, Steven Erickson, Shawn Erickson and Danny Shank, as well as three great nieces and 3 great nephews.
