Kristi Ann Hedblom Kubik, 39, of Sioux Falls, died March 31, 2005 at her residence after a prolonged battle with anorexia nervosa and bulemia. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday at the Will Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 6-8 Pm Sunday at the Will Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Aberdeen at 3:00 PM on Monday. Kristi Hedblom was born April 2, 1965, at Marshall, Minnesota to Laverne Bill and Marilyn (Aisenbrey) Hedblom. The family moved to Sioux Falls when she was an infant. She attended Robert Frost elementary school for two years. The family then moved to Mitchell. She attended and graduated from Mitchell Public Schools in 1983. She attended Mitchell Area Technical School for one year. Kristi married Dallas Kubik on June 8, 1985, at Mitchell. Her daughter, Paris Koller was born in September of 1993. She resided between Mitchell and Sioux Falls until the time of her death. She is survived by her parents of Mitchell; her daughter, Paris Koller, of Sioux Falls; two sisters: Terri Jacklin and husband, Al, of Mitchell and Peggi Lee Badten and husband, Brian, of Aberdeen; two nieces and two nephews, one aunt and two uncles. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
