Joyce A. Kilbourn, age 71, of Mitchell died Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, July 20 at the Mason Funeral Home in Winner. Burial to follow at the Winner Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 7 PM Thursday, July 19 at the Will Funeral Chapel. Joyce Augusta Kilbourn was born November 22, 1935 in Winner to Anna (Horstman) and Henry Rowe of Colome. She graduated from Colome High School 1954. After graduation she worked at the courthouse in Winner. She married Harold (Buck) Kilbourn on January 7, 1956. She then worked as a waitress and nurses aid. The couple moved to Sioux Falls in 1976 and later moved to Mitchell in 1990. She is survived by her children; Pam Range, husband Dwayne of Mitchell, Paul of Mitchell, Lynn of Mitchell, Harold Jr. (Pete) significant other Jim of Sioux Falls. One brother Harold Rowe, wife Libby of Rapid City. Thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Alma Sills and Goldie Vavra, brother Dale Rowe, son Gary and daughter Bonnie Jo.
