Helen Sexton Kvame Waterbury 88 of Lincoln NE formerly of Mitchell died Saturday October 16 in Lincoln. Services will be at 1PM Wednesday at the Will Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8PM. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery of Mitchell. Helen was born on January 18, 1916 at Epiphany, SD to Harry and Katherine (Lins) Sexton. She attended the Catholic School in Mitchell. She married Henry ?Hank? Kvame April 16, 1936 in Minnesota. Henry died in 1970 and she later married Vernon Waterbury in December 1978. She was a great cook and managed restaurants in Mitchell, Wessington Springs and Reliance. She made her home in Sioux City, Iowa and then moved to Lincoln, Nebraska to be near her family. She is survived by daughters: Doris Estenson and husband, Lowell, Mitchell, Dorothy Roberts and husband, Jerry, Lincoln, NE; Donna McAllister, Denver, CO; and a step-daughter, Marlene Sowl, and husband, Jim, Salem, SD; six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, five step great grandchildren and two brothers, Gene Sexton and Myron Sexton both of Mitchell. She was preceded in death by both husbands, her parents, three sisters and two brothers.
