Dorothy Kvame Roberts, age 57, of Lincoln, Nebraska, formerly of Mitchell, died August 5 in Lincoln. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 10 at the Will Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday at the Will Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Dorothy was born on November 12, 1948, in Mitchell, to Henry and Helen (Sexton) Kvame. She received her education in Mitchell and graduated from Mitchell High School. She married Jerry Roberts on October 25, 1978 in Mitchell. They moved to Sioux City and Dorothy was employed in food service at a Sioux City Hospital. They moved to Lincoln in 1998, and she was a former employee of Perot Systems. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Jerry, of Lincoln; her sons, Wayne Kvame, Sioux City, Scott Kvame, Denver and Parrish Roberts, Lincoln; three grandchildren, Zach, Conner and Marcel; sisters: Doris Estenson (Lowell) Mitchell, and Donna McAllister, of Denver and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
