She attended Parkston and Dimock Catholic schools and graduated from Ethan High School in 1926. She married Albert M. Feiner on November 28, 1929, in Ethan, and they celebrated their 50th anniversary prior to his death on April 19, 1980. She also played for silent movies in what is now the Legion Hall and did accompaniment at school. She was an active member of Holy Trinity Altar Society, American Legion Auxiliary, and Catholic Daughters of America until failing health forced her move to Minneapolis, MN in 1998. She was lovingly cared for by her daughter and son-in-law, Therese and Dennis McCrary. She had been a resident of Avera Brady Health and Rehab for the past year. She is survived by six sons: Fran and wife Berneice, Keith and wife, Janice and John of Ethan; Don and wife, Pat of Crystal Lake, IL, Chuck and wife, Mary Sue, of Spencer, and David and wife, Leona, of Zion, IL; four daughters, Mary Ann Wethor of Mitchell, Therese and husband, Dennis McCrary of Brooklyn Park, MN, Barb and husband, Bob Bogg of Arvada, CO, and Jean and husband, Ed Bowar, of Sioux Falls; a daughter-in-law, Twila Feiner, of Pampa, TX, 33 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, Bob, one daughter-in-law, Phyllis, one son-in-law, Bob Wethor, one granddaughter, Deb, and one infant grandson, two brothers and three sisters.
