Donna Louise Bliss, age 81, of Hill City, SD died Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at her home. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Graceland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Will Funeral Chapel. Donna Louise Bliss, daughter of Merle and Charlotte (Bedford) Moore, was born September 11, 1934. She was the second of seven children. Donna was united in marriage with James R. Bliss on April 10, 1955. Donna and Jim had three children, Randy Allen, Patricia Ann and Richard Wayne. She was an active member of the Women of the Moose. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim; a son, Randy; a brother, William; and two sisters, Deanna and Carol.
