Dianne Roth, age 65, of Mitchell, SD died Sunday December 12, 2010 at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell, SD. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Mitchell with burial at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM,Wednesday December 15, 2010 at Trinity Lutheran Church with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of the Will Funeral Chapel.

Dianne Sigmund, daughter of Edwin and Lydia (Reimnitz) Sigmund, was born November 8, 1945 in Davison County, SD. She grew up and attended school in Mt. Vernon, SD.

Dianne was united in marriage with Ron Roth on May 10, 1966 in rural Stickney, SD.

She worked for the Mitchell Public Schools for 25 years and retired this past summer. Many summers you would have found Dianne and Ron managing the concession stand at the Caldwell Baseball Park. Dianne enjoyed spending time with family and friends, baking and watching her grandchildrens activities.

Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Ron, Mitchell, SD; four children, Kevin (Becky) Roth, Mitchell, SD, Michelle (Tom) Moe, Sioux Falls, SD, Scott (Vicki) Roth, Sioux Falls, SD, Travis (Kelli) Roth, Dell Rapids, SD; six grandchildren, Caden and Haley Moe, Alexandria, Cierra, and Brittany Roth, and Matthew Roth; her mother, Lydia Sigmund, Mitchell, SD; and a brother, Ed (Lyla) Sigmund, Mt. Vernon, SD.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin Sigmund.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Heart and Sole Cancer Walk.
