Debra "Deb" Rumbolz, age 58, of Mitchell, died Sunday, October 25, 2015 at her home. Funeral Services will be 10:30 AM Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Friday, October 30, 2015 at the Will Funeral Chapel with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 PM. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery in Ethan, SD. Debra T. Rumbolz was born October 12, 1957 in Mitchell, SD to Ernest and MaryAnn (Zwinger) Rumbolz. She attended Holy Family Grade school, Mitchell Middle School, and graduated from Mitchell High School in 1976. Deb enjoyed her years helping others at the Methodist Church and, at the time of her death, with CHR in Mitchell. She was a member of the Ethan Trail Riders, SD O-mok-see, Pierre Creek Trail Riders, NBHA and the Corn Palace Drill Team. Deb was always there for the kids at all the events cheering them on. She also enjoyed hunting with Denen. Deb enjoyed life to the fullest. Her biggest pride were her children, Mindy and Denen, and her second joy were her horses. Deb always loved her animals, especially her horses. She achieved many buckles, coats, and prizes for various competitions she participated in. Deb had the most caring heart of anyone. She would give you the shirt off her back. Grateful for having shared her life are her son, Denen Rumbolz, Sioux Falls; brothers Gary (Cheryl) Rumbolz, Illinois, Dave Rumbolz, Mitchell, Jim (Laree) Rumbolz, Mitchell, and Charlie (Beverly) Rumbolz, Mitchell; sister Diane (Jim) Suhr, Arizona; and many nieces and nephews. Deb was preceded in death by her daughter, Mindy, in 2013, her parents Ernest and MaryAnn, and an infant nephew, Steven. Forever in our hearts, ride in peace precious cow girl.
