Darcy D. Constant, age 43 of Mitchell, South Dakota, died on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 as a result of an automobile accident. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Monday, December 17, 2018 at Northridge Baptist Church in Mitchell with burial at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the Will Funeral Chapel.

Darcy, was born September 27, 1975, and was raised by her parents, David and Delores Hoffman in Mitchell, South Dakota.  She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1994 and Mitchell Vo-Tech in May of 1996.

Darcy was employed by Arby's restaurant for 24 years and was the General Manager of the restaurant at the time of her death.  Her hobbies included spending time with her daughter, coloring and spending quality time with friends and family.

Darcy is survived by her daughter, Haylee Constant, step-son Tyler Constant and wife Devin and grandson, Easton, of Alexandria, SD, step-daughter Michela and husband Austin Fredrickson of Prescott Valley, AZ, her sisters Denise Aguirre of Irene, SD, Deb and husband Donny Bartscher of Mitchell, SD, Dawn and husband Allen Wolf of Worthing, SD brothers Dean Hoffman (Pamela Gundry Serio) of Surprise, AZ and Daniel Hoffman (Stacey Moon) of Harrisburg, SD, in-laws Sharon and Jerry Constant of Mitchell, SD; Josh Constant and his wife, Justine, Ethan, SD; Vickie Gessner, Algona, IA and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, friend Paul Baker and many fur babies.

She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Delores Hoffman, sister-in-law, Cheryl Hoffman and her very best friend, Lisa Shippy.
