Chloe Ann Haag, infant daughter of Chad and Sherry (Wopinski) Haag, was born October 22, 2008 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.  She died October 23, 2008 from Thanatophoric Dysplasia at Avera McKennan Hospital.

Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church with burial at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Holy Family Catholic Church with a wake service beginning at 7:00 PM.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Will Funeral Chapel.

Chloe was preceded in death by her great grandparents and four great uncles.
