Blaize Perry, 19 months, of Mitchell, died November 2, 2004 at Avera McKennan Hospital. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at the First United Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Sunday at the Will Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Blaize was born on March 21, 2003, in Mitchell to Zack Perry and Jessica Jones. He will always be remembered for his laugh, his smile, and his energy. He loved to blow kisses and play kickball. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his father, Zack Perry and special friend, his mother Jessica Jones; sister, Hailey Rose Boyer, of Mitchell; grandparents, Jean (Hank) Bucholz, of Mitchell, Kevin (Deva) Jones, Phoenix, Arizona; Belinda Perry, Rapid City; and Marcus Perry, Wagner; great grandparents, Gerald (Lois) Titus, Springview, Nebraska, John (Mary) Jones, Dixon, SD, Gary and Glenda Jenkins, Parland, Texas and June Perry, Wagner, SD; great great grandmother, Peggy Jenkins, Lake Dallas, Texas
