Ann Freidel, age 98, of Ethan, died November 19, 2004 at Firesteel Health Care Center. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Ethan. Visitation will be at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM at the Church. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, Ethan. Arrangements are under the direction of the Will Funeral Chapel. Ann was born July 9, 1906 to Joseph and Theresa (Zeniel) Zwinger. She attended country school. She married Alfred Freidel on September, 1930, at Parkston, SD and they farmed in the Ethan area. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the Altar Society and the ladies auxiliary. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Rumbolz of Mitchell; 15 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Alfred, son Robert J. Freidel and son-in-law, Ernest Rumbolz.
